Of course! I use them! Used responsibly, jildos are completely safe. After use, wash with a mild soap and water and allow to dry thoroughly before replacing them in their sheathe. Jildos can be safely used with any personal lubricant, including silicone. They are not dishwasher safe, though, and we do not recommend using them in the bathtub.
